To all of those golf fans traveling to Scotland during the British Isles cruise ( that would be me in just a few more days YIPEE!!!:D )Don't forget to get your Scotland pounds with Jack Nicklaus on the bill. We are huge fans of Jack Nicklaus mostly because he is from our hometown and lives fairly close to us. Our banker told me about this and supposidly he is the only one featured on paper money besides kings and queens.That is pretty cool!! There is also an interesting note on Scottish money on the Europe boards regarding Scottish money vs GBP.

Well, I'm off...........hopefully will check in on the boards. Thank goodness I am so excited about the cruise, it helps a little to forget about the very long flight over;)

Jack Nicklaus is the only living person to be so honored except for the Queen and Queen Mother. I think those notes will be hard to come by!

From what I saw on TV, the locals were lined up at the local bank when they were first issued.

I wonder if they are on e-bay yet?
