Rental Jeep... Windward side of Island = a Wonderful Day

On a Carnival Triumph 5 Dayer out of Galveston we rented a Jeep and explored the windward side of the island...

For others a compact is just fine as the roads are in great shape. My only problem was evading the crabs "running" across the street! :p

We are headed to Cozumel the end of March and want to go the eastern side of the island. We have been before with a big group, but this time want to rent a jeep or motorcycle and go just the two of us. Could you recommend a place to rent a jeep or motorcycle? Thanks!

This is exactly what we want to do when we go in April. Can you post or message me the details of where you rented the Jeep from and stuff? There will be 4 people in our party so we might need a larger jeep, not sure though. How long did it take you to drive around the island? Did you have any issues?

I can't see the video but we did the same thing last year and had a ball. We went to a great beachside cantina, the tequila factory and the Mayan ruins
