Cruise Cash ?

I've purchased some cruise cash for our upcoming cruise, it had me put in where I wanted it delivered and what time, etc. I thought it just loads to your S&S account? There's nothing actually delivered that we need to go and get loaded onto our account correct? Will it show up prior to embarkation or will we just see it at embarkation on out account? Thanks!

as the other poster stated, bring your confirmation with you and you can double check at guest services. I've read many a post that it will not show up on your cruise documents.

we have 200 obc from our cruise booking and was showing up until 2 of us had to cancel. I freaked lol so I called and the girl said the 200 was there, but a lot of times won't show up online. I always bring everything with me in an envelope when we travel. so that will be with us as well as our excursions and the cruise cash that I'm going to buy :)

We did this as well, purchased cruise cash, and it will not show on your cruise documents. Also, it does not show up well on the interactive TV. This can be quite confusing, however, if you go to the sail n sign kiosk, you can get a print out that shows how much of the cruise cash you have used. Remember, cruise cash is not refundable, so if you have anything left over, go to the casino, move it to your casino account, play the slots for a few minutes and then go to the casino cashier and cash it out. Cruise cash is not the same as OBC, OBC is refundable.

I bought cruise cash . As a previous poster mentioned it does not show up well on your TV in room account. Its very confusing.

But go to a kiosk and print out a copy it makes since.

FYI I also had OBC and they did use cruise cash before my OBC which I was worried about because cruise cash is non refundable. Worked out great.
