We booked with a TA and our obc (from future cruise certificate and shareholders benefit) shows on page 2 of our cruise documents. Don't panic if it doesn't show on the first (or even the second) day, as it sometimes takes a couple days. Sometimes you will receive a notice in your cabin that you have received an obc. Doesn't hurt to take a print out of that page 2 of your cruise documents as well. Pre-purchased shore excursions show on that page also. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
