Castaway Girl excursion in St Thomas

Has anyone done this recently? Was it good / worth it? With several ships in the port that day (including us on the Royal) seems like it would be a nice way to not have to hassle with traffic, just get off the ship and they pick you up close, back by noon for shopping / paradise tram. Any comments would be appreciated, since most the reviews are a little dated...

Thanks!

We did this excursion last March and also in 2011 and enjoyed it very much both times. The crew was very knowledgable about the sea life encountered while snorkeling. The trip back to the ship is fun - music playing and rum punch and snacks available.
