iConcierge and internet package

1. What is the iConcierge application? Is it free to use, or for fee?

 

2. How much is the internet package cost? Any special offer?

IConcierge is free. There set up instructions in the cabin. You must download the app before you get to the ship. You can see your bill, make reservations on it not all the ships have it.

 

Internet is like &.75 a minute if you pay by the minute. 100 minutes for $50 and like 250 minutes for $100. This is on NCL web. Just check. Inter net can be slow. Can't FaceTime Skype on it. Don't think you can make phone calls on it. Good for emails. Some people have better internet on certain ship. I just would not count on it.

Only the basic functionality of iConcierge is free. If you want to use the VoIP (voice calling) or messaging functionality onboard the ship between iConcierge users, there is $7.95 setup fee for each device.

I was hoping NCL has an unlimited internet package....:p

Unfortunately there is no unlimited package. However, if you purchase your package on certain days you can receive a small number of additional minutes for free. Latitudes member also receive 30 free minutes with the purchase of the 250 minute package and 15 free minutes with purchase of the 100 minute package, but this cannot be combined with other promotions.

 

Also, it's $55 for the 100 minute package, not $50.
