Shuttle From Port Everglades to Disney World

I looks like this topic reappears every couple of years, so I'm posting it again in hopes of an update. Previous answers have all suggested renting a car, but I'm unsure about where I would drop it.

I am cruising on Royal Caribbean out of Port Everglades, returning to port on February 9. I am then extending my vacation with a trip to Disney World and flying home from Orlando Airport.

I need transportation from the Port Everglades cruise terminal to my hotel at Disney World. I can't find reliable information on any of the shuttles (a couple sound pretty shady!) that would essentially take me door-to-door.

Does anyone have up-to-date info that will solve my dilemma? Thank you!

You realize the distance from Port Everglades to Disney World is about 3 hours drive? Don't know of any shuttle providing that service. Most people rent a car. Flying is also possible.

You don't mean Port Canaveral, do you?

I checked flights from FLL to MCO and not only would I sit around in FLL for hours, the cost is over $200! Various people mention that the driving time is between 3 to 5 hours which is doable if necessary, and printing out a map is easy enough. I've found 4 different shuttle operators but the only one that looks reliable is Red Coach. I can't find any indication that they would pick me up at the cruise terminal and drop me at the Disney hotel, nor have I found mention of the rate. :(

I have not heard of any vendor besides a very high-end car service that would do that.

Rent a car one-way.
