We never saw him during our 20 days onboard, and he’s one of our favorite maitre d’s. We were at 2 suite passenger cocktail parties with staff, and wasn’t at either of them.

We only was him once at dinner when he came over to say hello. 

He did lead the diners to their table for the wine tasting dinner.
