debs1505 Posted January 26, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 26, 2014 Orlando and Port Canaveral? If so, are they cashless and therefore will need a sun pass? Cheers :)
live2vayk Posted January 26, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 26, 2014 Yes, there are tolls from Orlando to Port Canaveral. An annoying amount of them! But this is from someone who doesn't ever deal with tolls unless I travel out of state. We paid cash, it was easy. I think we used about $10.00 on the way there, and another $10 on the way back... can't recall exactly. But, you can also use a sun pass. Have fun! debs1505 Posted January 26, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted January 26, 2014 Thank you! Will stick with cash as we won't encounter any other tolls on our trip. Can't wait!! :)
Orlando Vic Posted January 26, 2014 #4 Share Posted January 26, 2014 Just stay to the far right lane to pay in cash. Do not attempt to go through the SunPass lanes on the left. Here is a map of Central Florida toll roads. https://www.oocea.com/Portals/0/Images/temp/ExpressMap2009.pdf

Capt_BJ Posted January 26, 2014 #6 Share Posted January 26, 2014 (edited) airport to the port is $2 Edited January 26, 2014 by Capt_BJ
ATC cruiser Posted January 26, 2014 #7 Share Posted January 26, 2014 There are 2 one dollar tolls between the Orlando airport and Port Canaveral. You need to depart on the north side of the Orlando airport and exit onto 528 east, this takes you right to the cruise port, it's about a 45 min drive. You can use cash or exact change if you don't have a sunpass. If you take the south exit out of the Orlando airport you will be on 417, you can still get to the cruise port this way, but there are a lot more tolls. Just make sure you depart on the north side of the airport onto 528 east.
