Changing areas on beaches?

We're on the Roosevelt Taylor "Island Paradise Best of St. Kitts/Panoramic" tour next week. I believe they stop at a beach if you want to swim for a bit. Does anyone know if there are changing facilities at Cockleshell Bay (?), as we don't want to wear tight suits for the bulk of the tour.

Here's what they say about where they end up... "... embracing Cockleshell Bay, home of the world-renowned Spice Mill Beach Bar and Restaurant, Reggae Beach Bar and Grill, and Lion's Beach Bar and Grill. The sand is soft, the waves are gentle, the people are friendly."

TIA
