where/when do you reserve these things on the ship???

Suite guests can reserve cabanas at Coco Cay through the concierge. If you are not in a Suite you should go immediately to the excursion desk on boarding. When they open (around 11:30 am the weekend before last), they will begin taking down names and cabin numbers for the "standby" list. You then have to return to the excursions desk at a specific set time after the muster drill to see if there are any cabanas remaining and whether you are high enough on the standby list to receive one. If you are not back at the Excursion desk when they call your cabin number from the standby list, you will lose your place on the list. Those lucky enough to get a cabana will be called one by one to pick which of the open cabanas they want to reserve.

When we were there a week and a half ago, there were two ships at Coco Cay. Only the top 3 people on the standby list on our ship got a cabana.

Is there a way to see what ships are at CocoCay on a particular day?
