Hi, not sure of it helps, but when we sailed on Azura in November, no children were in the gym; but this may have been due to it being a term-time sail. Probably best to check the P&O FAQS which you can access via your cruise personaliser.

Usually 8 to 8

My daughter has used the gym with me on Azura at 14. As long as the parent supervises it is fine.
