I think it is the limelight lounge on deck 4 toward the aft.

Yep, Deck 4, walk past the Piano Bar heading aft and you will run right into it. Get to the Comedy Club early! Some seats are on the side and slightly behind the stage so if you sit in these seats you will watch the comedian on a monitor.
