What can be done if you have leftover OBC at the end of the cruise?

on what kind of a credit it is. If it's a credit originally furnished by Celebrity, it's pretty much 'use it or lose it'; your best bet is to either spend it onboard or take cash out against the balance in the casino, though you'll pay a percentage fee. If it's a credit furnished by a TA, then the balance is yours; we had about $90 TA credit left on our shipboard account, and the refund was already on our credit card by the time we got home.

Do you mean that you can get cash at the casino that you charge to your on board account (which has the OBC)? What percentage do they charge?

While I don't typically like shopping on a cruise ship. If you wear makeup or perfume, you could also stock up on basics. Last time I used up Obc on mascara and lotion, and saved as few bucks too!
