Booking on board for family?

As I understand it, if you are also booking a stateroom for yourself on that same cruise, you can also reserve a stateroom for them. If you are not going on the cruise with them, then no. However, the Reserved Passage rules have been in flux lately and it is possible that even with you booking for yourself, you may not be able to make the reservation for them.

Thanks for the reply.

I am thinking of booking a cabin for myself but there is a 50% chance that I will be cancelling before final payment.

Unfortunately I need to make a decision before I head off - if they wait until I get back the 123 promo would have finished.
