Category H cabin on Veendam

We are considering a category H (partial ocean view) on the Veendam for March break. Previously we've only stayed in regular ocean view or verandah cabins on other HAL ships - Ryndam, Oosterdam, Noordam, Amsterdam, and Eurodam. There's a hold on it till tomorrow. Please tell us pros and cons of this kind of cabin? Thanks so much!

If it's an "H" under the show lounge, then you're bound to hear the faint thumping of bass during shows and rehearsals.

 

I had a cabin on Veendam above the lounge, same location as the H but up.

Heard every single song ... night and day. :eek:

 

Think I've read the H's that are aft are quieter in some way.
