This quick "Breakaway" weekend was planned at the very last minute for us. We wanted to do something fun without the kids and decided to give this a try. We weren't sure what to expect especially driving into NYC on Superbowl weekend. It all worked out and we had a GREAT time on the Breakway!!

I think a Bermuda cruise on this ship maybe in the works for us this summer!!

Hope you enjoy my video!!:)

that was freakin awesome Chesneygirl!!! What did you shoot it with? So great. I can't believe your hubs did the waterslide. Brrrrrr!!!

Thanks!!

I used a couple of different cameras. We had a GoPro Silver 3+ and a Canon DSLR T3i with a couple of different lenses.

We both did the water slides I just chose to leave the shots of me out!:p

The pools and slides were heated so it wasn't bad at all.

Thanks for watching!! :)

Love it!!! Thanks for sharing it was wonderful, it actually shows the view we have from our apartment on the other side of the Hudson, beautifully done!

I hope you know how fortunate you are to have such a beautiful view!!

That was by far the best sail away we have ever experienced!! The views were spectacular!! :)

Yes, sorry. Got that one to work. Awesome! Please tell me you didn't burn your free cruise from winning the contest on this 2 day?!

You are too funny for remembering the contest...I still have that free cruise on hold!! I have until November to take it. :)

We're going to Bermuda on Breakaway in May. We live in Wisconsin. We've watched your previous videos a few times to help us get through this miserable winter! Haha.

Was this a one or two night? I am guessing two. So you did leave port?

It was a 2 night cruise and yes we left port. The ship sailed down towards the Deleware/Maryland states and turned around to go back to NYC. We were at sea the whole time. It was a fun weekend!

What a fantastic video! And you guys just looked so... I don't know, happy? Right together? Does that sound silly?

Weird question: Did the boat go into international waters? Does the casino open on something like that? I did the one night CTN, which basically just went out into international waters and then back. Wasn't sure if the one you were on did that or not!

OMG!!! I can't believe how beautiful New York looked sailing out at night!! After my Epic transatlantic my next plan will be to book one out of NY at night.

The video looks like a professional commercial for the ship.

We had a friend say that we looked like we were on our 2nd honeymoon...I think we were just happy being together just the 2 of us without the kids!!:)

We were never in international water. The ship sailed south down the eastern seaboard towards Maryland/Delaware and turned around.

The NYC skyline was soooo beautiful. I was afraid that I might of put too much of it in the video and that would cause people to get bored quickly. Glad that you liked it!! :)
