Hello, First time to any of these ports. What is the best port for snorkeling and best port for zip lining?

For snorkeling ST Maarten has the best water of the three. Enjoy your cruise

San Juan is a city, no beaches. I recommend going to El Moro, the fort you pass going into and out of the harbor. It was built in the 1500's! Google it.

Our next time in St. Maartin we're going to Maho Beach. This is a beach where the planes actually land right above your head. Don't know about snorkeling. Here I'd say take a tour and go snorkeling on a boat. We're snorkelers and haven't found a good beach to snorkel from in St. Maartin.
