What's up with Celebrity Customer Service??

I think it was the general policy through December. I asked each time the price changed. Because they aren't consistent the process becomes inefficient. It encourages us to call back multiple times. Made me wonder if they are paid by call rather than satisfied customers

Few days ago I had issue with X web site pricing. After the search I got $2209pp price with " offers" under it, clicked to book, price came up lower with residential special $1889 - great!, wanted to book - it will give only $2679pp pricing. Called X , they said - none of the lower rates are available anymore, they have no inventory left for balcony but, if I wan to book - it is available for $2679, but lower pricing keep coming up for several days. If they have no inventory of the cabins - how they can have pricing for them?
