Post cruise hotel, part two...

All Star and Pop are essentially the same hotel with different decor. That leaves you with the question of whether you want to stay at the military hotel or a WDW value resort. Since I've never stayed at Shades, can't answer that one. But my sis hated it (keep in mind that she tended to not like a lot of military stuff.....)

Didn't mean decor was military. Sis just has/had issues with all things DOD. Also, based on her husband's rank, it was often cheaper to stay at a regular WDW hotel....depending on season, what deals WDW was offering, etc.

 

NOTHING wrong with the hotel at all. She was just the sort of person who would rather be off base than on whenever possible...and that feeling carried over to DOD hotels.
