Miami Excursion Hop-On/off Tour beach question

Has anyone done this post-cruise? We have a 3:30 flight and are looking to kill some time.

 

My question is: Is there a place you can "hop off" and walk to the beach? Are there hotels that rent chairs, or can you rent them on the beach? About how much time will you have?

You can rent chairs on the beach just about everywhere in South Beach.

 

I never see those buses in Miami so I don't think they come by very often.

 

You need to be at the airport by 1:30 so that really isn't that much time.
