easyliving Posted February 9, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 9, 2014 (edited) Absolutely love Princess but not the coffee - sorry. Can we bring our own and a French press? Also this is the first cruise with our granddaughters. They don't drink soda but can we bring something like Snapple on board? And bottled water? Leaving in 7 days and can't wait for the change from the New York weather. Edited February 9, 2014 by easyliving Spelling

Do you really want to clean coffee grinds each day in a bathroom sink? Suggest getting the coffee card which allows unlimited brewed coffee as well as espresso drinks. Also the Royal has some different coffee urns that use ground coffee rather than the liquid concentrate. It's only 7 days. Princess does not restrict carry on of any non alcoholic beverage you wish, including juice boxes, ice tea, water. You can keep it cold in the cabin fridge, every cabin has one. But, there is no issue with water from the tap. Just fill water bottles and drink away.
Pam in CA Posted February 9, 2014 #3 Share Posted February 9, 2014 People have said that the coffee on the Royal is the best they've had. I don't drink coffee any more but I have read that some think it's all brewed, not from concentrate.
easyliving Posted February 9, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Thanks everyone. It's been more than a year for us so we weren't aware of the better coffee. If it's not what we like, we'll get a coffee card as we've done in the past.
