Conch fritters???

Where is the best place to get conch fritters within walking distance of the port? My fiancé would also like some jerk chicken. I'd prefer more of a local non-touristy less crowds atmosphere. We can walk decent distances as well.

White Sands/Crew Bar. Jack's Shack (for jerk chicken). Maybe the new place that took over Local Foods, which had good conch fritters, IMO. Better place in Cockburn town though, the Sandbar. Maybe Buffetburg sells them too but it'll cost you a pirate's arm and a leg.:D

Conch fritters, no way just a lot of breading, the only way to eat Conch is order "Cracked Conch" very light batter with a much better taste. I always get mine at Jack's Shack along with the greatest Jerk Chicken. Just a short walk down the beach to the left past MV.

We were there last week and had both the conch and jerk chicken. They were both great!!!
