tough to browse excursions...

I wanted to browse Celeb. excursions for our next cruise and discovered that part of the Celeb website seems even more difficult to use than in the past..

 

I managed to look through one port, then it locked up..really not very user friendly--and they are hawking their packages making it hard to just browse through.

 

Is anyone else having these issues or is my computer not in sync with whatever they have on their site? It used to be fine..before they went to the new way of displaying the excursions.

 

we have 5 ports to book for so any tips on how to make this easier will be appreciated..

I had some trouble as well. I discovered the best way for me was to sign into My Celebrity. When I did that I had to enter the cruise I was booked for by using the booking number. Once I did that, I was able to browse the excursions more easily. Hope that helps!

I have done all of the above, and have not been able to book excursions for our June Alaska cruise for the last 2 months...still can't get into it.

Some day, someone is actually going to do something about that site.

struck out again yesterday..and that was tryying to go through the booking number way...if no luck by Monday I am going to call X and see if they can send me a hard copy description of the excursions for our cruise...

easiest is to download the pdf excursions catalog--ours is 83 pages-- to your desktop, and then you can look at it at your leisure
