Cell Phone as Alarm Clock

I prefer to have a real clock with hands that illuminate for a quick time check during the night. I do not want to have to turn on my bright iPhone to check the time in the middle of the night. I always travel with fresh batteries.

We also use room service as a wake up, but I am always awake by the time they call. ;)

I tried the rooster route, but he escaped when we were in Key West. :D

So does anyone have anymore information about this new International messaging with Verizon?

Id agree on using the ships wake up call. We had our phones on automatic update for the time and it didnt work at all. Lucky we ordered room service that morning! I thought room service had brought our breakfast an hour early and I was still sleeping (then we realised our phones had the wrong time set). We had to be off the ship in 30 minutes for our shore excursion.
