Oasis sailaway for webcam

Recommended Posts

We have some friends sailing on the Oasis this weekend. Can anyone tell me which side of the ship they should be on to possibly be spotted on the ports webcam?

If they want to increase the chances to be seen they can fill out a webcam wave request otherwise it is random where they cam operator will zoom in. PTZtv try their best.

If you do not have a wave request filled out est to be seen up on top railing, bridge wing or deck 11 port side aft with a flag always gets the attention of the webcam.

There is a wave request form that can be filled out and sent but would have to be done asap as sail away is tomorrow.

Could you explain how someone at home can view this? Is there an app they need to download or just a regular website they can view?

Pantherfan has provided the link above. When you go there at the top there are 3 camera views. As Oasis starts to push away from the pier switch to camera #2 up on the right hand side top. Then the closer zoom shots are on camera #1 as it passes the webcam located right at the inlet.

Have fun watching and don't forget to have your sound on with camera #1 so you can hear Lady O sound her horn. My turn is coming on March 1 :)
