Is there enough time to go to St. John-with limited time? What Company is best?

We are going on Carnival Glory and will be coming into St. Thomas on March 26th at 11am and are leaving at 6pm. We have gone to St. John on the Scubadu before and it was AMAZING! This time, it seems like we have less time. Does anybody know of a company that would work with this timeframe? Is it worth it? Should we try a powerboat instead of catamaran tour? It's our 20th anniversary that day-we have our family of 5 and want it to be a great day! Any advice is really appreciated.

With that arrival time and short time in port you would probably have to contact a private operator and charter their boat. But several can accommodate you, especially with a family of 5 because most have a 6-person max.

 

Check with these operators first just in case you can get lucky - Yacht Nightwind (St John daysail dot com), High Pockets (sail highpockets dot com), and Sea More Charters (calypsovi dot com). Also look at others listed under day charters at vinow dot com like Lion in Da Sun and Pirates Paradise.

 

Sorry can't help with a specific charter but if you spend some time you should have a few options to choose from. Good Luck!
