Explorer 1688/ Independence 1700

We have stayed in Explorer Cabin 1688 and really loved the extra room. We enjoyed the large balcony, including the little "cave" in the corner.

We have a 24-hour hold on Independence for Cabin 1700. From what I have seen it looks like they are very similar in size (if not identical). Has anyone stayed in both 1688/1388 and 1700/1400?

workathome,

Thank you. Great pictures! I love the size of the room and the pole in the middle comes in handy when the seas get a little rough. It really does look identical---there was a pole on the balcony of 1688, maybe a little more curved or lower?

Those corner afts are hard to beat!
