Liquor store between BWI and cruise port?

Does anyone know of a convenient place to pick up some wine and maybe bottled water between the airport and the cruise port?

There really isn't one. But there is a small shopping center near the cruise port on Fort Avenue.

The wine market at Wine Market Bistro would have been my recommendation as well.

 

Are you going from BWI straight to the port (+/- a detour for wine)? The Wine Market is still one of the better selections, but there's a wine shop adjacent to the Whole Foods in Harbor East, if you're in town overnight.
