Belize- within a reasonable distance from Port.

We will be stopping in Belize on our cruise in August. Based on my searching only "beach" close to the port is the man made "Cucumber Beach". Doesn't sound great to us. Thinking of the ship's "Beach Break.

When are you going? Maybe you can give me some pointers! ;0)

It is at Least a half hour boat ride from the port. And of course you have to tender in from the ship first. But it was our only option with our small kids.
