Which Marriott

Wondering which Marriott to choose for our post cruise in FLL. We want it convenient to the airport, but a good area. I had Ramada Cruise Port, but heard it was a dump. Thanks.

On SE 17th Street there are 2 Marriott hotels a block apart, both right across from the entrance to Port Everglades and about 10 minutes from the airport. SE 17th Street is very safe, and has many restaurants, shops, and grocery/drug stores withing walking distance of the hotels...

There is also the Harbor Beach Marriott, a resort and spa on the nicest part of Fort Lauderdale Beach. It's also in a very safe area, only a couple of minutes east of the 2 listed above... http://www.marriottharborbeach.com/
