Computer Glitch on website

Just in case anyone is having problems booking their drink packages/ excursions on MSC website. There is a computer glitch that is not allowing you to proceed to checkout to complete your order. I did call MSC and they are now aware of the problem and will let their tech team know.

 

I will post an update when they resolve the issue.

Hey why don't you go on ahead and post that link for us Riclops so we can see that promise they made to you with our own eyes.

It will be difficult for Riclop to do that because the search facility is disabled on Cruise Critic at the moment.

 

However there was a promise by Mr Vago on a Q&A he hosted a year ago on these very boards. I know because it was my question he answered and it was to do with pre-cruise customer care (oh the sweet irony)

 

At least six other posters on this forum read it and witnessed it. But as soon as the search ability is available again I'll ensure that you get sight of the post.
