The Marriott Marina or the Renaissance?

Which of these two hotels is better? I have the same rate for both properties and need to know which one to choose. I am bringing a group of 25 with me and we are staying only one night. Any help is appreciated.

They're both fine, but the Renaissance is much newer and IMO nicer.

 

Water Taxi is at the Marina Marriott, but other restaurants as well as shopping are a little closer to the Renaissance.
