code_d Posted February 24, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 24, 2014 SO with the new brunch being rolled out and will be on our upcoming Fascination cruise was wondering how it is compared to the regular breakfast menu? I am looking forward to getting up a bit later and still enjoying breakfast stuff (DW requires we all be there for the morning/evening meals together ), and we do much prefer the dinning room Breakfast by far over the Lido! VA_Gym_Guy Posted February 24, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 24, 2014 We did the brunch one day on the Fantasy last year and enjoyed it. The food was very good and was nice being served instead of the lines on the Lido Deck. I loved the steak-n-eggs.
Max Circus Posted February 24, 2014 #3 Share Posted February 24, 2014 Loved it on Breeze. Agree the steak was really good. Pork chop was nice also. And they have some special pancakes. Sounded odd, but Froot Loop pancakes were pretty good.
Seany527 Posted February 24, 2014 #4 Share Posted February 24, 2014 On our 8 day cruise we did the brunch once. I didn't think it was that good, and we waited a VERY long time for the food to come out once we were seated. However, If I were you I would still try it. I'm going on another cruise in April and will give it a try again.
caribsun Posted February 24, 2014 #5 Share Posted February 24, 2014 Just off the Glory 2/16 sailing and went to the brunch on both sea days. The food was very good with many choices plus dining in the MDR is a big plus over the hectic buffet.
happy cruzin Posted February 24, 2014 #6 Share Posted February 24, 2014 We've always enjoyed the breakfast choices offered during the brunch - haven't made it there for "lunch" yet. ;) Swore I was going to do lunch on the Miracle last week....and STILL didn't make it. Oh well....maybe next time!

On the Seaday Brunch days, you can still get some of the same items, but the Huevos Rancheros and the Steak & Eggs are great. I'm not too enthused about the cereal crusted French toast, but you will enjoy the Seaday Brunch. I've only been on the Fascination once, but enjoyed the ship very much. mrsglovesapg Posted February 25, 2014 #12 Share Posted February 25, 2014 We absolutely love the brunch! The steak n' eggs are the hubby's favorite. The fire roasted tomato soup is delish! The mac n' cheese with bacon, and the egg's Benedict are my favorites with a side of corned beef hash. Definitely try it out. I've gone to the brunch several times on each ship we've been on, sometimes service is extremely swift other times it's a little slower. Enjoy! kajunkroozer Posted February 25, 2014 #15 Share Posted February 25, 2014 Steak and eggs were awesome. The basket of bread/pastries they bring out is great too.

Well....George Lopez, of course! ;) LOL - I ask you who else could possibly have put cereal on French toast and then named it "Funny French Toast". :D
