what are the charges for the breakaway--hourly daily etc..

any suggestions on using mobile phones at sea--

Connection fees are by the minute. The download speed will seem to be very slow and the upload speed way slower than you are probably used to. Think in terms of your old dial up modem connection.

Unless you want to spend a lot of money, turn off data roaming. Better yet, airplane mode
