visa points redemption for OBC

Hello,

 

I guess the search feature is still disabled, so I will ask my question here. This summer we will be taking our first Celebrity cruise. I have a RCCL BOA Visa which I use to earn points toward OBC etc. I have redeemed for previous cruises, but never Celebrity.

 

After I redeem the points online, is there anything else I need to do to be sure the OBC is applied for my cruise?

Suggest you call the cruise line (or TA) 2 weeks prior to the cruise to see If all the credits are in place. Sometimes the invoice will show OBC, so if you get one that does show it, bring it with you on board, just in case there is some problem .

We redeemed our RCCL points thru the Celebrity Captains Club desk last year. Make sure and take your conformation email, we did 2 15,000 point, and they only had record of one on ship. Showed them the email, and it was fixed the next morning.

Take a print out of your email receipt and also call Celebrity and them print off an invoice that shows your OBC.
