jcool Posted March 10, 2014 #76 Share Posted March 10, 2014 What is more important to me is itinerary. I witch they would do more ship that would do Puerto Rico and spend more time in Puerto Rico
lumberbutcher Posted March 11, 2014 #77 Share Posted March 11, 2014 The ship and port don't make any difference. I live in West Texas almost 700 miles from the sea and it is dry here. I just wanted to get on board and see the water and feel the motion. Been on 3 different ships and enjoyed myself on all 3.

LKYGSR Posted March 11, 2014 #79 Share Posted March 11, 2014 50/50.... The ship....important...what location cabin can I get based on ship class, love the Lido balcony cabins....but... The Iten....important, have been to 11 different Caribbean islands, have many more to see on the bucket list, so Iten becomes important. If Carnival changed up their Itens a bit...they just might get more business from us (hint hint) ;)
rodeo mom Posted March 11, 2014 #80 Share Posted March 11, 2014 I have been on most of the larger ships and while things may be great one cruise, personnel changes and may not be as personable next time on the same ship. Luck of the draw. I go for time of year, port, itinerary, and price. You should have fun on any you choose. Just remember that the ship if full of people and sometimes that causes grief. Ignore the clutter and just have fun on your trip.
