Balcony Dividers Aft-Legend

While people are asking about the dividers on the Freedom, does anyone know if the balcony dividers on the aft of the Legend can be opened? We have a group that has all of deck 7 aft. It would be nice to open them on the day we are are going through the canal.

No, they can't be opened:( Only on Voyager and above.
