We are stopping in Ulvik for a 2 hour technical stop,does anybody know what thats for and will we be able to go ashore?

The stop in Ulvik (tender port) is to disembark those passengers that have booked a shore excursion, they will embark later in the day in Eidfjord, something similar occurs in Satorini. Excursions from Ulvik, could include, visiting Voss, Flam Railway, Scenery - waterfalls, Mineral Museum.

 

Tendering priority will be given to those who have booked a shore excursion, there is nothing really to do in Ulvik other than walk around a bit and admire the scenery.
