Heather1972 Posted March 14, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 14, 2014 Hi all, I just got an email from NCL saying my edocs were ready. When I click on the link under my vacation summary, it opens a new page and says "Unexpected error. Please contact NCL 10000." I am too tired to call at midnight. js4rq Posted March 14, 2014 #2 Share Posted March 14, 2014 (edited) Are you booked in a GTY with no cabin assigned?? The same thing happened to us for our cruise last month. I sent NCL an e-mail to investigate. Apparently we did not have access to our e-Docs until we were within 30 days of sailing, due to being booked in a GTY with no cabin assignment. karoo Posted March 14, 2014 #4 Share Posted March 14, 2014 The same thing happened to me all day yesterday (Aus time). I even contacted the PCC. Tried it today and now it works.
