Hi all, I just got an email from NCL saying my edocs were ready. When I click on the link under my vacation summary, it opens a new page and says "Unexpected error. Please contact NCL 10000." I am too tired to call at midnight. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Are you booked in a GTY with no cabin assigned??

The same thing happened to us for our cruise last month. I sent NCL an e-mail to investigate. Apparently we did not have access to our e-Docs until we were within 30 days of sailing, due to being booked in a GTY with no cabin assignment.

I would try contacting NCL.

Good luck!

The same thing happened to me all day yesterday (Aus time). I even contacted the PCC. Tried it today and now it works. Obviously just a computer glitch. I'm around 30 days out too. I still haven't got a cabin assigned.
