Ever been turned down by Rental Car Shuttle?

We just booked our rental car and used the Miami Airport. After the fact, we noticed that there is a Port of Miami location you can book. But it appears the price is different, a little higher. So the "free" shuttle is not actually free, is it. So then, will we be ok showing the shuttle driver our confirmation of the Miami Airport or will he turn us down?

Is it two different locations? Pom and Mia are pretty far apart.... Usually rates do vary on rental cars from location to location, so having a booking at one location may not actually "work" at the other location.
