Try a different browser. Mine won't print with Firefox or Chrome but IE is fine. Most times that's the problem.

I had the same problem, I think it's due to the way carnival creates the pdf files

Here's an odd thing. I had trouble printing luggage tags on my old computer. They would print but be partially cut off. That computer was windows and I used firefox. Now with my Macbook using Safari they print just fine.

I found that by changing my printer settings I could get the luggage tags to print correctly. "Fit to Page" worked best, but also you could try "Change margins".
