JustCruiseMe Posted March 16, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 16, 2014 Try a different browser. Mine won't print with Firefox or Chrome but IE is fine. Most times that's the problem.
wmowan8485 Posted March 16, 2014 #2 Share Posted March 16, 2014 I've never had a problem with Chrome but that is good to know.... :D
Rare shof515 Posted March 16, 2014 #3 Share Posted March 16, 2014 I had the same problem, I think it's due to the way carnival creates the pdf files Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
vacruizer Posted March 16, 2014 #4 Share Posted March 16, 2014 You may also need to try "compatibility view" in IE depending on which version you use.
HeidiHo Posted March 16, 2014 #5 Share Posted March 16, 2014 Here's an odd thing. I had trouble printing luggage tags on my old computer. They would print but be partially cut off. That computer was windows and I used firefox. Now with my Macbook using Safari they print just fine.

ahoys Posted March 16, 2014 #7 Share Posted March 16, 2014 Save your PDF to your desktop. Then print from there. Doesn't matter which browser you use this way.

montekat Posted March 17, 2014 #10 Share Posted March 17, 2014 (edited) Here's an odd thing. I had trouble printing luggage tags on my old computer. They would print but be partially cut off. That computer was windows and I used firefox. Now with my Macbook using Safari they print just fine. I found that by changing my printer settings I could get the luggage tags to print correctly. "Fit to Page" worked best, but also you could try "Change margins". Edited March 17, 2014 by montekat
Frank12 Posted March 17, 2014 #11 Share Posted March 17, 2014 You may also need to try "compatibility view" in IE depending on which version you use. This works for us too.
