Customer Service email??

I have been trying to find an email for MSC here in the US. I cannot prebook any packages for my Oct 4 cruise. Each time I send a request thru the MSC website I never get a response. Is there a direct email for customer service so I no longer have to deal with the MSC website??

There is a form page to send a question or comments to MSC Cruises.

I got responses from a couple of emails from this page and I deleted them. So I can't be sure but I think the return address was service@mscdirect.com
