Im wondering does anyone know what time RC let you board? We will be at port for 10am and wondered if that was too early.

From your signature it looks like you will be sailing in Independence. We arrived at the terminal at 10:45 on 3/1 for Independence and were on board sipping our first pre-cruise beverage at the Dog and Badger at 11:15. They typically start boarding around 11:00 - you should be fine but may have a short wait.

In most cases, 11 or so, BUT there are been times when it is more like 2 PM. If the feds want to inspect the ship it takes houses. Another time it might be that the ship needed a deep clean. I have seen this. I am also sure that there are other things that hold you up When that happens, there is little that can be done. Royal doesn't like it either.
