if that's all you want...beach and maybe a lounger and a bar for a Belekin and a watered down rum punch, then Goff's is a better choice. :cool: If you want to walk around, have a real drink in a real bar/restaurant, eat real food, not overpriced Belizean version of hamburgers and hotdogs, shop or window shop small craft stores, buy a nice cuppa joe or fresh pastry, then Caulker is your island.:):D

We enjoyed the Lazy Lizard and the Split and the water views there are amazing. But no proper beach, I've read there are beaches near cabanas but we didn't check them out.

 

Goff's Caye has a very nice small beach where you can enjoy the beautidul water.

Our vote goes to the island of San Pedro when it comes to nice beaches in Belize!

 

We would go there on a land-based vacation in a minute. You could fly from BC and enjoy some time there while on a cruise...
