Price Protection Form oops!

So I just submitted a form because when checking the price was lower than what we have paid. After submitting the form I realize that it will be less because we have added on the pre paid gratuities - doh!!

 

The price now is actually higher so I assume they will just reject the claim. That teaches me to price check before fully waking up!!

When you submitted your form, did it give you a confirmation? I sent one earlier, and each time I pressed submit nothing seemed to happen. So they either got it four times or not at all.

We had the same problem. If you don't put your phone number in the right places it won't accept the form. Once we figured that out it said "form accepted" or something like that. Received a response within the hour.
