ruby Lido Balcony Good Place?

Just wondering having a balcony on the lido deck, is it a good place, is it quiet,

Get one forward of the elevator as many use it to get to the pool area and pass by all those cabins.

Not sure if there is still a smoking area up there but if there is its usually on the Port side so get a cabin on the opposite side as the smoke gets drawn in the passageway with people going in and out all the time.

Our cabin is forward, so I guess I am good. And we are not on port side.
