JTfromGA Posted March 31, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 31, 2014 My DH and I are planning on booking for a November cruise. Right now we are going alone but there might be a possibility that our son and his wife (possibly baby too) would join us in the same room. Before I get lots of comments about how he should get his own room, we don't mind sharing (have done it in the past) and as a young pastor on a very limited budget he doesn't have alot of extra cash. So, could someone recommend an OV room on the Paradise that could accommodate 4 adults and a baby? Thanks!
SadieN Posted March 31, 2014 #2 Share Posted March 31, 2014 (edited) Any of the quad cabins would be very cozy with 5 in them. :) There would be two uppers, two lowers and a crib. For more space have one lower along the far wall, under the window and the other under one of the uppers. The crib can be placed under the other upper. (This arrangement would be good for any Ocean View or Inside cabin.) The uppers have a weight limit of 250lbs. There are only 3 tall and one short drawer in the vanity and four shelves in the closet. When traveling with more than two we use over-the-door shoe holders. We place one at the hook by each upper. The upper holes become the nightstand for the upper bunks. Your grandchild needs to be 6 months at the time of sailing. Edited March 31, 2014 by SadieN
